My boy had been looking pretty hard at that slide ever since he first saw it. The first time he tried to go up, he thought better of it and walked back down. However...by day 2 he was feeling pretty bold. Yesterday afternoon, I swam him over to watch the kids come down the slide. After watching them for a little while he got his nerve up. He said, "Daddy, I think I want to go down now. Can you stay at the bottom and catch me while Mommy watches from the top?"
Well, the rest is history. He went down three times yesterday and six times today. What a champ.
It should be mentioned how well Brady took it that he couldn't go down. He was so happy just to go up to the top of the tower to watch his big bro have fun slippin' and slidin'. Brady, you are the best little brother in the whole world.
