Stitches are no more

Allow me to backtrack a little bit. After school on Friday Jake had his appointment to get the stitches out. I meant to post about it then, but SURPRISE!, I am lazy and forgetful. Anyhoo, Jake did great, not a single complaint. Brady was the official photographer, using my camera phone to capture the moment. He's a junior Ansel Adams that one. We got to keep the stitches even though I'm not sure what we will do with them. Maybe a creepy shadowbox?

Wat to go, Jake! You showed the courage of 'Lion'. And Brady, what a photographer you are! It was a good thing you were there to take the picture or we would have all missed the latest adventure.
Love you both,
Mimi
