Every year of their lives, we have made the boys a birthday cake. And every year, we stay up until the wee hours of the morning laughing, joking, singing crappy radio songs, and just enjoying each others company. Right up until Cindy's hand cramps up. Then my crappy jokes are no longer funny and we start wishing we had gone smaller scale. That will be remedied in the morning as soon as Jake sees his SpongeBob cake. I hope he likes it as much as we liked making it for him.

Oh. My. God. That's an amazing cake! You guys are an awesome team. He's absolutely gonna love that cake. I can't wait til Mollie wakes up so I can show her! I love the hoses for legs. Genius! Cindy, you are very, very talented.
I almost forgot to say....Have a super wonderful birthday, Jakey! Wish we could be there to join in on the festivities and party on down with you. Hope your day is the greatest!
Wow! They get better each year (which says something since they are always amazing).
I somehow missed the fact that the big day was already here. Happy B-day Jake!

Happy Birthday Jake!!!
Thank you for all of the nice compliments everyone! It is my wonderful husband's vision that makes it all come together. Making these cakes for the boys each year has made us some great memories. I think my hand should be fully recovered in time to make Brady's cake in October! :)
